We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

All product listings, descriptions, and pricing on our platform are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

• Orders are subject to acceptance by EZONE Global Supply. Submission of an order constitutes an offer; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order in writing.
• Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice or purchase order.
• We accept payment via wire transfer, ACH, and other methods specified at checkout.
• Overdue balances may incur late fees as stated on your invoice.
• We reserve the right to require payment in advance or impose credit limits at our discretion.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.EZONE Global Supply is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase. If you receive a product that is materially defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@ezoneb2b.com to initiate a claim. Approved returns must be shipped in original packaging; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
